Founded in Grasse in 1926, Fragonard is a tale of a family, perfumers, and collectors that has been passed down through four generations. «In 1926, our House was a small artisanal perfumery, where we distilled the flowers and plants of the region to create concentrated perfumes, essential oils, and other flower absolutes.

Over time, our perfumery grew under the guidance of its leaders, three generations who, before us, knew how to evolve our House. From a simple workshop, Fragonard has become, over nine decades, an entire universe, now comprising three factories, six museums, and twenty-four boutiques.

From generation to generation, for over 90 years, we have shared our craftsmanship, our perfumer’s profession, but also our beautiful Provence region and our city of Grasse, whose flourishing nature, arts, and age-old traditions have shaped our identity.
